Shipping policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and every day we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the United Kingdom. We have a number of warehouses across the world which means our shipping and handling times may vary.

PROCESSING TIME: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our warehouse for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging which can take between 1-4 days.

SHIPPING TIME: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders shipped from our international warehouses are tracked and this will be confirmed in your confirmation email. All order shipped from the UK will be sent either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class depending on your preference. Items shipped from the United Kingdom will take 3 - 5 days and items shipped from our international warehouses typically take 15-20 days. 

In rare cases, it can take up to 45 days from the shipping date for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 25 days please email and we will find out what is taking so long and refund your shipping costs. Any longer than 45 days and you will get a full refund and your order for free. Every order will be issued with a tracking number.
